2. Am I winning $5,500 in cash?

Answer: No. There is no cash value to this Sweepstakes. You are winning a Invisalign treatment that is valued up to $5,500. If your actual treatment is less you will not receive any cash difference or credits. This offer cannot be applied to any other offers as well. If you require dental treatment prior to your Invisalign Treatment that will be a cost to you.

3. What is Invisalign?

Answer: Invisalign is a set of clear aligners that act as braces to straighten your teeth. They are removable so you can eat, drink, floss, brush etc as you normally would. If you have more questions click here.

4. How do I enter?

Answer: Click here for an application! It's that simple!

5. Is there a limit to how many times I can enter?

Answer: Yes, you only need to enter ONCE! There is ZERO advantage to multiple applications. All duplicates will be discarted. If it becomes a problem we hold the right to dismiss your original application as well. So just submit your application once :)

6. Do I have to submit photos?

Answer: Yes! Your photos are curtial in the approval process. Our doctors will be looking over your photos to determine whose application to approve. Think of it as an audition like on American Idol. Those whose teeth don't meet our criteria will be eliminated and those that meet our criteria will move on to the next round!

7. If I'm under the age of 18 can I apply?

Answer: No. At this time this Sweepstakes is strickly for adults 18 and older.

8. Can I submit an application for a friend?

Answer: No! Each individual must submit their own applications.

9. When will the drawing be?

Answer: There is no drawing. The winner is based on a voting scale. The applicant with the most votes wins! The initial candidates will be chosen by our doctors. Once that is done the voting begins! Click here for a demonstration on how the voting works.

10. How can I help my chances of winning?

Answer: If you are one of the lucky candidates chosen by our doctors, then the fun begins! You will create a short video telling us and your viewers why you should be the one to win. Tell us your story! We will take that video and upload it to our Facebook page. Then the voting begins! You will want to tell all your Facebook friends about your video! Share the link to your video and have all your friends go watch it and "like" your video! Each "like" is a vote! Tell them to add comments as well hint hint :) You can also share your video link on Youtube, twitter, blogs etc to get as many votes as possible. However, DO NOT SPAM! If we find out you have spammed in any way your video & application will be terminated and you will no longer have the chance to win. So keep it clean and you'll do great!

11. How does the voting work, and when does it start?

The voting begins the second we upload the videos to Facebook! So keep tabs on your facebook account and when you see the link appear on your wall it's a GO!! Click here to see how the voting works.

12. Do I create a video now or after my application has been accepted?

Answer: DO NOT CREATE A VIDEO NOW! The only applicants who need to create a video are those who qualify for the next round. Don't worry, if you are one of the lucky ones you will know when it's time to create your video.

13. What if I don't have a Facebook account?

Answer: Having a Facebook account is one of the main requirements. So if you don't have one I suggest getting one! Howerver, we know some individuals don't have Facebook accounts. If that is the case you will have to tell family and friends to vote for you.

14. Do I have to be a patient of the Charles Dental Group to apply?

Answer: No! This Sweepstakes is open to patients and non-patients of the Charles Dental Group!

15. What if I Win, but can't make an appointment?

Answer: If you are the lucky winner (congratulations!) being at every appointment is a requirement. The winner will be signing a contract, along with your parent(s), stating you will be to every appointment and if you miss one your treatment will be terminated and you will now be required to pay the regular Invisalign fees. So if you want this to remain free, well I suggest you come to all your appointments :)

16. Can I trade Invisalign for braces or another treatment?

Answer: NOPE! So if you don't need Invisalign, no need to apply!

17. I submitted an application, what's next?

Answer: Perfect! Now just sit back and keep an eye/ear out for an email or phone call! All approved applications will recieve a phone call and/or email congratulating them and scheduling the next appointment. We will do our best to notify you whether you application is approved or denied, but depending on the volume of applicants we may not be able to in which we do apologize for that.

18. I haven't heard back from you, does that mean you didn't get my application?

Answer: As long as you received the "thank you" message after submitting your application then your golden. This process just takes some time. You will receive an email or phone call with your acceptance or denial letter. If it's been 3-4 weeks after you submitted your application then chances are you got denied and we weren't able to get a hold of you. If that's the case, sorry about that and apply again next time!

19. How will I be notified if my application is accepted?

Answer: You will be notifed by email or a phone call with the good news!! :)

20. My application has been accepted, ,what's next?

Answer: Well congratulations!! In your email or phone call you should of been given the next step. If not please call our office at 916-721-3368 ASAP!
